Returns & Exchanges

Kippu Studio is an online-only Korean streetwear retailer based in Australia. The following policy applies to all orders placed on kippustudio.com.au and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind exchanges within 21 days of delivery on eligible items. The product must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges is at the customer’s cost.
  • Store credit is offered if a direct exchange is not possible (out of stock, etc.). No cash refund for change of mind.
  • Sale items, source-to-order items, accessories (socks, undergarments, beanies), bags and headwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy in the form of refund, replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the issue. We cover return shipping for confirmed faulty items.

Sizing

Most Korean brands run slightly smaller than equivalent Western sizing. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page; when in doubt, message us first. Sizing exchanges are treated as change-of-mind returns and follow that policy.

Source-to-order / pre-order items

Selected limited drops and niche items are sourced to order from Korea once you pay. These items typically dispatch within 10–20 business days. Once we have placed the source-to-order request with the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled. If the supplier confirms the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you and offer a full refund or store credit.

How to start a return

Email support@kippustudio.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
