Shipping policy
We currently ship within Australia only. International delivery is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Rates & Delivery Times
- Metro AU — AUD $12 (free on orders over $150). Estimated 2–5 business days.
- Regional AU — AUD $15 (free on orders over $150). Estimated 4–8 business days.
Total time from confirmation to your door is typically 7–15 business days, including 1–2 business days handling.
Tracking & Dispatch
Once your order leaves our partner warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number. Most parcels are sent via Australia Post Express or StarTrack with signature on delivery.
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers — our couriers require a physical address with signature confirmation. Orders placed to these addresses will be paused while we contact you for an alternate delivery address.
Failed Delivery & Refused Parcels
If you refuse delivery, do not collect your parcel from a courier's depot within the holding window, or provide an incorrect address, you remain responsible for the original shipping cost plus any return-to-sender or re-delivery fees. These charges will be deducted from any store credit or refund issued for the order.
Beyond Our Control
Quoted shipping times are estimates only. Kippu Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, public holidays, payment verification, or other circumstances outside of our control.
